[aisle] Monarch/Bluestem Tally Votes

Does anyone have the 2021 Caudill tally?

Also, there used to be a Caudill participation certificate. Did anyone find
it this year?

I've searched the Caudill website for both, but can't find them, even when
I am logged in.
