[aisle] administrative duties

Sorry to hear this but it could get worse.  My district no longer has a
Media Specialist.  I'm the assistant running the whole library and haven't
been able to complete a full inventory for many years.  I think because
teachers do their prep on their own time they expect you to also do that.
It's sad and the work load is huge.
