[aisle] Lost book fees

I have a system kind of like Michelle's. I have an activity account where
student fines are put into when paid through our business office. I do
periodically have to ask for the names of students who have paid their lost
book fees, and I have to submit the fines myself (they're not automatically
transferred as the systems don't talk to each other).

Maybe if you aren't getting the fine money, you can ask about having an
activity account set up? These activity accounts are how our activities and
clubs pay for things and deposit monies from their fundraising efforts.
