[aisle] Weeding - sticker removal? Old books? Process?

I use my Scotty Peeler to remove all external labels and a Sharpie or
correction tape to cover up internal labels. If it's fiction, we offer
books to teachers, students, and schools in our area that are in need.
Nonfiction gets recycled. If it's not current enough to be in the library,
I don't think it should be in the classroom either.
