[aisle] Lost book fees

Hi,
Yes, I do get the money that is collected in the Main Office. It goes into
my activity account, though, not my regular "book budget." I can generally
spend that money as I see fit. This process is, I think, due to us being
a smaller school (550 students) and a secretary who is willing to separate
out payments for me.
