[aisle] Caudill nominees

Once you log into the members' section of the Caudill website, there is a
list of resources in the far right column. *Certificate of Participation*
is the link you are looking for. However, we have switched over to the 2022
certificate. If you still need 2021, please request that at this email
address: website at rebeccacaudill.org
