[aisle] taping picture books

Good morning! We have a teacher who is pitching a project to have fellow
teachers, parents admin. etc. tape picture books and share how reading has
enhanced their lives.  She wants to put them on our school website and
facebook page for our students to access.  Are their copyright
infringements with doing this?  Thanks for your help.
