[aisle] Current Book Check out and Return/Quarantine Procedures

Our district is no longer quarantining books.

What are the mask/space requirements in your district? If you don't have
the space or furniture to meet them, let your admin know. I myself am
moving story time from the carpet in the corner to tables & spaced chairs.
Not as fun, but safer...
