[aisle] Current Book Check out and Return/Quarantine Procedures

I'm in a K-8 building.  I'm not quarantining books this year either.

I moved out a bunch of my tables and chairs and will mainly have students
seated on the floor.
I am using Sitspots that are approx. 3 feet apart and have room for about
22 kids (depending on grade level).
I cannot use the space I normally use for storytimes.  It's just not big
enough.

My Junior High classes changed to a flex schedule and I will likely go to
them for lessons and have smaller groups come to me to check out to limit
the number of students in the Library at one time.
