[aisle] Media Parapro/Clerk?

Hello, all,
I was wondering how the Media Paraprofessionals or Media Clerks at your school libraries are placed on the pay scale?  Do they have the same base pay as a special education paraprofessional, for example?  What about pay raises?  Do they get the same percentage?  
What responsibilities do your Media Paraprofessionals/Clerks have?
