[aisle] Death Note and Attack on Titan book series??

Does anyone have the Death Note or Attack on Titan book series in their
middle school library? Both series were recommended to me by a student, but
I know nothing about them and whether they would be appropriate for a
middle school library.

Any information would be GREATLY appreciated!
