[aisle] Looking for TRAILS-like Assessment / Digital Badges

I am creating a system of digital badges for my middle school library program incentive next quarter and want to include an information literacy component. Does anyone have a recommendation for a tool like TRAILS (TRAILS Archive – Tool for Real-time Assessment of Information Literacy Skills) that already exists so I don't have to recreate the wheel?  (Bonus points if it is easily imported into Google classroom!) 
I'd also love to hear from anyone who has successfully implemented a digital badges in their library. My hope is that this incentive will work like a small-scale pilot program for structuring and tracking student achievement in our library program K-12 in the future.
