[aisle] 2022 Monarch and Bluestem Nominees

I am in the same bind; spend my money before March 15.  Maybe it's time to
look at the timing of when the Monarch/Bluestem nominees come out.  I'm
sure there's a reason they come out when they do, but a minor adjustment
might be able to accommodate so many of us with our budget constraints.
Just a thought.
