[aisle] citation builders

I like CiteFast.com.  It's similar to EasyBib, which we used to use, but
remains free.  I like that it has all of the boxes labeled so students
still have to know what bibliographic information they are looking for,
just not all the nitpicky conventions that go into creating the citation.
