[aisle] citation builders

I like the Cite this for Me WebCiter extension.  You click the extension
icon while on the webpage and it creates the citation in a sidebar.

I wonder how long it will be until you can just right click on an image and
one of the choices is "Cite this image."  Almost surprised it has not
happened yet.
