[aisle] Circulation desk makeover

We have a book drop at one end of our circ desk--the end closest to the
entrance. The counter is taller at that end so that a cart can be placed in
there to catch the returns. It's spring loaded and has wheels so that we
can pull it out and move it, if needed.
