[aisle] Follett Online Book Fair

I did a fair after Thanksgiving.  It DOES impact your profit if you choose
to ship directly to the homes.  For Titlewave credit it went from 25% to
15%.  I was not told this when I asked if it was an option to ship from
home, so I was a bit disappointed to find it out later.  I was also
slightly annoyed because I specifically asked if ship to school was also an
option (as in families could choose either) in case they didn't want to
spend $25 and/or pay for shipping and was told that they could, but it is
one or the other:  you cannot have ship-to-home AND ship-to-school in the
same fair.  I understand they're just rolling things out, but I was a bit
disappointed in the lack of knowledge by customer service.

Other than those two hiccups, I will say it was very easy.  My profit was
terrible, but to be expected.  The last gripe I'll share is I thought it
was hard to browse.  As a middle school, I only had about 4 categories and
maybe 25 books in each category?  BUT if I searched, I had access to way
more books.  Children's books, other types of books, lots of choices. In
order to access those, you had to know exactly what you were looking for,
though.  It wasn't an easy-to-browse fair.

I also would not do another online Follett fair.  It was easy, I loved how
I could be notified every time someone made a purchase, it took very little
effort (which is exactly what I needed), but the browsability factor lost
me.  I am looking forward to having an in-person option, though.
