[aisle] Viewing License for Steaming

Has anyone heard of or use a license that allows them to show movies when not under the umbrella of Fair Use?

I have found a couple of companies. But none of them cover any of the BIG streaming services. There was one company, MPLC, that at one time covered 20th Century Fox and some other big Hollywood films. Not anymore!
