Strawbees https://strawbees.com/ are fun they can be expensive.  It’s the plastic pieces that are expensive.  https://accucut.com/ Does have dies that you can use to make connectors.  But trust me you have better things to then sourcing the plastic and then cutting the Strawbees to. Connect straws.  Buy the strawbees.   You should be able to find refill kits.  Straws can be found in bulk at Sam’s club, Costco or  be GFS (Gordon Food Stores).
