[aisle] Brain Pop - Creating Classes

I am wondering for those of you that create classes in BrainPop if it is
seamless or glitchy? Issues educators in my district are having are:


   - Setting up classes by syncing with Google Classroom doesn't always work
   -  Students using a code to enter a class can't get in even though they
   are following the directions
   - Google's single sign-on doesn't always work

I am curious if the issue is in-house or on BrainPop's end. I have called
their help service and follow their guidance but the problems persist. Is
this true for you too?
