[aisle] Library fall 2021/22

[Carrie Stotz]

We *think* the library will be open again...but haven't received the green
light yet. Last school year I quarantined books from 7 days to 2 days (by
the end of the school year). Is it recommended that we quarantine again
this year? If so, for how long??
