[aisle] K-12 Quarantine Library Books?

At this time I am considering continuing with quarantine, largely because I
read my school return to learn plan, and it stated that all materials must
be sanitized between different student users.  A quarantine will achieve
the same goal, and I think it will be easier on my staff than trying to
sanitize every book that comes in - I just don't think we have the time or
the resources to do that.
