[aisle] Google forms for Monarch and Bluestem

Can anyone share best practices for voting?  Last year I made a similar
online ballot and had kids vote at stations in the library.  I can
electronically send it  but I only want to share this with students who
have read the books.  How are you all doing this at your schools?
