[aisle] Live Virtual Battle of the Books

We are constructing a virtual BOB with several other districts. We're
working on a Zoom setup. We have breakout rooms set up for each team. At
the moment, they are isolated and the moderators go from breakout to
breakout. We're trying to have one big meet and then the team answering the
question goes into a breakout for 45 seconds, comes back and gives their
answer.

It's a work in progress, but we're getting there.
