[aisle] Library Redesign input

As the librarian, make sure you PERSONALLY meet with vendors and
representatives.
They've worked in LOTS of libraries and can advise you what's trending in
school libraries.

You also want to know SPECIFICS about how much is in your grant.

It's not like the movie, *Field of Dreams*, where if you dream it, the
funds will follow.

Nope!

You'll need to know what level of financial fantasy you're operating
within.

Great point about forward-facing shelving! There's tilted shelving, too.
After 31 years of teaching, arthritis has kicked in and shelving books is a
lot easier with tilted shelving.
