[aisle] Subscription general reference databases for Elementary and Middle grades

Hi Kara,

I really liked the Capstone database && nonfiction books that we had access
to last year.  It was very user friendly at a great reading level for our
primary students eith the option to have info read aloud to the students.
It would be great to have that back again!

I also like infobits.
