[aisle] Follett rep response time - 1 - 1.5 months

Hi all,

Is it just the luck of the draw that it takes my Follett rep over a month,
consistently, to reply to my emails?  Does anyone have advice for how to
improve this relationship?  I usually email and then follow up 2 or 3 times
before the rep urgently responds.
