I agree. Mine have been hit or miss over the last decade. But lately, its all about the super slow orders! They take forever to show up.

It's hit or miss for me.  My first rep was great, reached out to me all the time, would stop by to chat when he was in the area.  So great in fact I believe he got promoted.  My current rep, different school district, can go radio silent every once in a while, but seems to be doing better these days.

My complaint with Follett is the extremely long times it takes to get my orders.
