[aisle] System Certification Now in Progress

To continue to receive RAILS services and Illinois State Library (ISL) grants, all RAILS members must complete the annual online certification process<https://librarylearning.org/annual-certification> by May 15. This year, members use L2 to complete certification, and libraries will no longer need a separate login to certify. Complete the FY 2020 ILLINET ILL Statistical Survey<https://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/library/libraries/ill_survey.html> before starting the certification form.
