[aisle] One to one next year

As to the first two questions, when you're out, you're out. If someone
isn't able to complete an assignment, it's late just like any other excuse.
I know of one school that issues 'loaners' from a central location, and
after three loaners per month the student gets a lunch detention. Seems
kind of harsh to me, but it works for them (they're a middle school).
