[aisle] One to one next year

At my school, students are given their Chromebooks the first day of
school. If they forget it at home, we have a few loaners. If the loaners
run out, the kids do without. If their device isn't charged and they have
their charger, the kids plug them in. If they don't have a charger, they
can borrow one of our limited chargers. If we run out of chargers, they do
without.

I think one of the larger issues -- at least in my classes -- are the kids
who are supposed to be working on something for my class but are choosing
to play games instead. I highly recommend a monitoring system that allows
the teacher to see what the kids are doing at the moment and being able to
shut them down from the games. We use GoGuardian (not an endorsement, just
a fact). If I didn't have the ability to monitor what websites they are on
when I'm teaching, I suspect a lot more kids would venture off the library
class path. haha
