[aisle] Beginning a Battle of the Books Program

You have some great suggestions here. I have a little suggestion to add. If
you are running your own homegrown program, I suggest using quotes from the
books (vs. questions). Niles Maine District Library does it this way and
has for decades (7 participating schools this year). As a coach, it's
easier for me to browse books and pull practice quotes for my team vs.
actually reading all the books and coming up with challenging practice
questions. The quotes are cut and dry. This year there are 3 WWII related
books on the reading list. Quotes are very specific to the individual
books.
