[aisle] What Grades Go Into the Stacks?

I know we've all discussed this in the past, but I honestly don't remember
what anyone else is doing?

Do you have K & 1 going into the stacks to choose their library book?
Or do you put select books on a table for them to choose from?
If going into the stacks, do they use shelf markers?
How many books are in your collection or section that they are choosing
from?

In your opinion, what do you think is best for K & 1?
