[aisle] Buddy read research

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had some scholarly research about buddy reading?
And when I mean buddy reading, I mean just reading with friends, not where
a younger student and older student pair up. I'm wanting to ask for more
money to get duplicates of our more popular books and I would like some
facts to back up my request.
