[aisle] Read-a-Thon

We have not, but we are looking to do a read-a-thon for the first time in
the MS this year. We are looking for suggestions for things that have gone
well! Any suggestions?

We were looking at these sites:
Pledgestar.com - takes 7% of total, maxed at $995
99Pledges.com - 2.9% credit card fee passed onto consumer, 30 cents per
transaction
Clickandpledge.com - 3.75% platform fee + 37 cents per transaction
