I'm sorry that I just responded to your question from the exhibit account. That's what I get for having 3 different email accounts open at the same time.

Hello!

I have an American Lit teacher doing a memoir/biography project with her junior classes. She is letting students choose their own texts to read. "The books can be about any American or a person who has made an impact on American life, culture, history, etc."

I have a selection of books already, but I'm definitely looking to supplement the collection with popular titles. What has been popular with your students that would fit this project? Are there any YA editions that are particularly good and suitable for high school juniors?

Thanks in advance for any help!
