[aisle] What book company do you recommend?

It depends.  For books that will get a LOT of use (Fly Guy, Elephant &
Piggie, Diary of a Wimpy Kid) I get one copy from Bound to Stay Bound or
Perma-bound, but additional paperback copies from Amazon.

Otherwise, I go with Amazon (price) for hardbacks and individual paperbacks
.  For multiple paperbacks, I use Lake-Cook Distributors.

We do cover all of our hardback book jackets with clear mylar covering from
Demco.
