[aisle] Ipad charging

We have iPad carts in each classroom, with chargers. Our younger kids don't
take their devices home, so it's pretty straightforward to make sure
they're all plugged in before they leave each day. If iPads go home, each
one has a number that corresponds to its place on the cart (1-30), so
there's no fighting over spots.
