[aisle] Collection Development policy

Hi collective library minds!
Our district is finally getting around to creating a collection development policy. If you have written one, how did you go about it? Did you reach out to your board to get it on a meeting agenda for approval? Also, if anyone has written one that wouldn’t mind sharing, I would very much appreciate as well!
