[aisle] Banned Books Display

Still tweaking it but here it is.  I am reading the first chapter of a
Captain Underpants book to start the lesson.

The kids will use the template to design a book cover and write why their
favorite book shouldn't be banned.  Then the class will vote on the best
one, and that person will get a foam pumpkin to decorate.  Then the whole
school will vote on the decorated pumpkins using coins - this will be a
fundraiser for to help hurricane victims.  I think the days of using coins
are coming to an end haha. Many people don't have coins anymore!
It's basic, feel free to make a copy and tweak it!
