[aisle] Creative Ways to Keep Track of Award books read?

My students fill out a Google Form that emails me each time I get a
response. Students tell me which book they've read, select a question to
answer and write me a few sentences as a response. Because we're the
Bulldogs, for every book they read, they earn a paw print to go on the wall
in the library, and each book gets them the chance for more/better prizes
come the spring. Each grade has a different colored paw, and they love
seeing who has read more and which books are the most popular.
