[aisle] I am angry

I think it's problematic because the request is coming from Locallabs, AKA
Locality Labs, AKA Metric Media (PBS did a decent clip/article here
<https://news.wttw.com/2020/10/20/how-partisan-agendas-are-driving-some-local-news-websites-illinois>).
All of my titles, like most, are public and on our website to search, so
I'm not sure why this request is necessary.

And I guess I'm angry because I can assume where this is going, based on
the recent situation in Pennsylvania.
