[aisle] Creative Ways to Keep Track of Award books read?

HI Robin,
 Thank you for sharing this.  So what I've been trying to think about for
our own purposes here.  Do you share the link with all kids and they
complete it and submit each time they finish a book?  In the end, you can
see each student's name and the books he read?
