[aisle] Creative Ways to Keep Track of Award books read?

Feel free to contact me as well, but I have a picture of the cover of the book and one question, did you read this book… yes or no (not requiring a response). If they choose yes, it takes them to a branch that has questions about that specific book.

Hope that makes sense. ☺

When you branch out the form, which I think is brilliant...do you branch out the branch out? For example, if I wanted to push out a Caudill form like this....20 books...branch out each title with a question...but only one question or multiple? I'm afraid I'll get lost. Any tips on this?

Here is what I have created for Bluestem. I have two books left to finish. If you want to use these questions and you need answers, contact me. ☺

BTW, if anyone has created questions for Caudills, with answers, I would love to use it. I’m very behind at reading them and students are starting to ask about them. ☺

Hi everyone!

Any ideas for creative ways to keep track of award (Monarch, Bluestem, Lincoln, etc.) books read? I'm thinking like a Sheet where they note what they read and maybe a rating out of 10, and then make a chart to show how they compare...but would love any creative ideas for how to keep track and also critique the books on their own.

Thanks in advance!
