I used to do daily activities for Teen Read Week but now do
TeenTober Tuesdays in October. I like it better. :) I usually do a snack
(not doing it because of COVID this year) give away books, library
trinkets, scratch and sniff bookmarks, etc. This year I've ordered a pack
of "Reading" water bottle stickers from Amazon, too. These are usually just
a daily drawing but you could collect names all week I suppose. I have also
put out one of those large coloring sheets/banners
<https://www.demco.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=tabletop%20coloring%20sheet#q=tabletop%20coloring%20sheet&idx=production_demco_default_products&p=0&nR%5Bvisibility_search%5D%5B%3D%5D%5B0%5D=1>
from Upstart with a cupful of colored pencils in the past but I'm not doing
that due to COVID either. This year, I have purchased one of the Stick
Together mosaic puzzle posters
<https://www.demco.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=StickTogether#q=StickTogether&idx=production_demco_default_products&p=0&nR%5Bvisibility_search%5D%5B%3D%5D%5B0%5D=1>from
Upstart and will have the small sheets of the stickers cut up for the kids
to add to the poster whenever they stop in. I've done these before and it's
fun to watch them come to life. And, of course, I submit a daily
announcement promoting the activities.
