I’m glad it was a great visit. The kids’ movie Rumble that came out last year was loosely based on his book Monster on the Hill also. He’s a friend of mine from college. My students also like his troll series Life of Zarf. ☺

Hi,

I wanted to share that this week we hosted Rob Harrell, author of Wink, which is on the 2023 Caudill list. His newest book is the graphic novel "When Pigs Fly." He spoke to our 3rd-6th grade students and he was so good! He thoroughly engaged our students and his books are flying off our shelves and the kiddos can't stop talking about his visit.
