[aisle] Food in the library?

My rule is if you can carry food in your hands, you can eat it in the
library. (Sandwich, chips, cookie, apple.) If it needs a tray, you need to
finish in the cafeteria before coming to the library. (Mashed potatoes,
salad, chicken wings) This seems to work for us.
