Yikes!  Did you share the discrepancy?
I subscribed for the past two years and won't be renewing next year.  I
have been doing a lot of substitutions this year.  My representative
changed and I never received notice or outreach from the new person. I feel
like they offered a lot of incentive to renew last year and were always
reaching out to me to renew.  This year I've heard nothing.
