[aisle] Please help identify this book series

[Kathy Kibitlewski]

A teacher I work with is trying to identify this series that she read with her kids many years ago.  It is about a boy living in New York City and whenever he stays at his dad’s apartment, strange things happen. Time travel, a poltergeist, the ghost of his grandfather inhabiting his dog’s life, a museum adventure… If anyone can take a stab at this one, please do.
