[aisle] Library Handbooks

As the assistant, I've added: passwords for subscription software (this
info was requested more when we had a computer lab, now with 1:1, not so
much), school schedules (including testing) and library schedule, contact
lists, active programs that involve the library (Readers' Choice, special
months observed, curriculum themes by grade level), and any other thing
that helps me keep all the info I need to know in one place.
